Pathway to Dental Lab Technology School
- Designate your "major" as Pre-Dental Lab Technology, which is a pre-professional/non-degree program at LSU
- Take the necessary pre-requisite courses for your desired dental hygiene program (ex: LSU Health New Orleans)
- Maintain a high GPA, especially in science-related coursework (2.5 minimum, 3.4+ recommended)
- Seek out dental experience (not required, but recommended)
- Prep for and take the ACT, if you haven't already (22+ score recommended)
