Trolley Request Form

**NOTICE: Beginning July 1,2027, the hourly rate for event transit services will increase from $131 to $135 per hour.

The LSU trolley has a passenger capacity of 26 seated passengers plus one wheelchair, or 24 seated passengers and 2 wheelchairs, and is 32' long. It also boasts an authentic interior, true to the original style of trolleys with gong bell, pull handles, and passenger stop requests with lights and pull cords. The vintage-style seats with oak slats give the trolley that unique look on the inside, while the trolley has been specially painted purple and gold on the outside.

Please note that PTS has ONLY ONE (1) TROLLEY available for requests. Approval of requests are dependent on the Trolley's availability on any given day. 

LSU department rates are currently $131 per hour (will increase to $135 starting July 1, 2027). A PG Code must be provided. Regular rates are $165 per hour. There is a minimum charge of four (4) hours. A two (2) business day notice is required for all cancellations and changes to itinerary to avoid additional charges. Charges are subject to change.

Parking requires a ten (10) business day advance notice to process trolley requests.
