Registered Student Organizations

Student organizations are a vital part of campus culture, creating opportunities for personal growth and community building. As an example of our university's spirit, it is essential that all Registered Student Organizations (RSO), including Greek Life, abide by all required policies and laws. This includes policies and procedures outlined by the Code of Student Conduct, local, state, and federal laws, and other applicable University policies. Student Organizations may be held accountable for any behavior or activities that violate policies or create a risk to the health or safety of the campus community.

Did your organization receive a letter from SAA regarding alleged violations?

When a report of possible misconduct is received, the Office of Student Advocacy & Accountability works collaboratively with student organization leadership and (inter)national organizations as applicable. The conduct process provides for open communication and transparency for student organizations who are alleged to be in violation of the Code of Student Conduct.
